The RGP-01 Infrared Multi-component Spectrometer is an intelligent gas analysis instrument developed based on infrared spectroscopy, integrating cutting-edge domestic and international advances in optics, electronics, materials science and artificial intelligence. Paired with the self-developed HSG Hydrocarbon Phase Evaluation System, it adopts non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) spectroscopy to perform real-time analysis of formation property variations during mud logging, marking a major breakthrough in the history of mud logging.
As a state-of-the-art technology dedicated to rapid and accurate evaluation of formation fluids, this system delivers real-time and intuitive assessments for oil-gas-water identification, reservoir correlation, fracture recognition and sandbody connectivity judgment through coordinated hardware and software operation, and generates reservoir characteristic maps. Its scientific validity elevates mud logging data to a critical basis for interpreting oil, gas and water zones. Its real-time capability streamlines on-site decision-making and enables greater targeting for subsequent operations.
To date, this technology has garnered wide acclaim through field application on nearly 300 wells.

The Rod-Type RGP-01 Infrared Multicomponent Spectrometer

Parameters
Operating Principle: Non-dispersive Infrared
Measuring range: 0-100% Minimum detectable concentration: 100ppm
Detection accuracy: ≤±3%F.S Analysis Period: ≤8 s Average drilling time:3min/m,23 analysis points per meter; within each borehole, samples are collected at intervals of 4–5 cm during drilling。
Gas Measurement: Aliphatic Hydrocarbons. By detecting gases in formation fluids, the absorption rate percentage is used as the measured value.。
Equipment Overview:HSGThe hydrocarbon source evaluation system employs infrared non-dispersive absorption spectroscopy detection technology.Utilizing our company's proprietary intellectual property for micro-volume gas absorption cells—Volume 1.7 mL, Air intake rate: 1.7 mL/s,Requires an air intake flow rate of 100 mL/min,Ensure that during each scanning cycle, the detection pool detects only newly introduced gas.
